Headcanon

Ash is an energetic, friendly 16 year old. He truly enjoys making as many friends as possible and he’s incredibly loyal to even his newest friends. This leaves him vulnerable to being taken advantage of, but he is highly naive to this.

Recently, he has renewed a friendship with his former rival, Gary Oak. He’s unsure of why they suddenly get along so well, but he’s never one to question a friend.

He has always had a desire to know his father. He’s driven by a strong desire to take care of his mom while also becoming a man his father would be proud of. While he’s not certain if his father is even still around, a recent theory given to him by his mother is that the Team Rocket Boss is in the running. Will Ash ever meet his father? • He snuggles Pikachu when he can’t sleep.
